Pépoulie is a typical farmhouse of SW France, built before the French Revolution, and set in a hectare of land, with panoramic views all around.
Sensitively restored, with all modern facilities and a salt water swimming pool, it is in the part of France known as the French Tuscany because of its gently rolling hills.
Relaxing and beautiful getaway with wonderful hosts.
Wonderful property, beautiful gardens, a superb host in the shape of Roger who cooked some fabulous food for us during our stay which we ate outside with our little boy, great location from which to explore the area, fantastic accommodation when travelling with young children, we had everything we needed. A lovely swimming pool which our little boy loved. We were looked after so well from the minute we arrived and we had a holiday we will treasure always. Jenni Smyth and family, UK, June 2014
Before retirement Ulla and I spent much of our professional life abroad for the British Council in various African and European countries.
We bought Pépoulie in 2005, and spent several years restoring it, aiming to preserve the outside appearance and create a modern interior respecting the original materials.
Our three married children and four grandchildren love to spend time here, and we have made Pépoulie as child friendly as possible - see our website for more details.
We both speak French, Swedish and English.
